1. We'll meet with you to discuss your goals or project plans.
2. Devlin Lawn Care will provide you with a no-cost no-obligation quote.
3. Once approved, we'll order the materials that you've specified for the job.
4. Work begins by first prepping your area by removing any material or existing landscaping. The work areas will be clearly marked, giving you your first idea of how your project will shape up.
5. We prepare the surface by grading / leveling and then laying down #411 gravel, typically 4" thick. 
6. The bedding sand comes next - we lay down an inch of leveling sand (concrete sand) which will directly bear the weight of your new pavers.
7. Next up, we apply the pavers using the pattern that you specify. This exciting time allows you to see what the material looks like in-person on your property. Also, we'll set up any types of features, such as seating walls or fire rings.
8. Now we apply a layer of polymeric sand to fill the gaps between the individual pavers or stones. We only use this type of sand, as it hardens to a grout-like consistency to help ward off unwanted vegetation. Another benefit is that it allows rain water to drain properly off of the surface, as opposed to seeping into the foundation which could issues in the future.
9. Landscaping - depending on your needs, we'll clean up the edge around the project by adding edge restraints, soil, seed, or mulch as appropriate.
